Yoga Instructor Susan Rainey, our Yoga classes are taught by a long time Hatha Yoga Instructor.   She will help you find why yoga has become such a time tested technique for both stress reduction and exercise.  Classes are held twice a week for 75 minutes.  Dues are $45 per month.  Come by and check out our class we are sure you will switch!  Class times will be determined by need, Instructor is available M-Th and will teach either morning or after noon depending on students preference.  Call or contact us for details.
