Our Business
We are a Martial Arts Association that is dedicated to passing on the teachings and philosophy of our founder Grand Master Man He Han.
We teach traditional Tae Kwon Do until the level of Black Belt at that point you will learn what we have termed the Best of the Best. Combining techniques from various styles we have blended a unique and effective self defense system that is coupled with the devastating kicks taught in Tae Kwon Do. Our goal is to provide you with a friendly family atmosphere that promotes positive instruction as motivation.
Who We Are.
We are a group of Martial Artists who simply want to spread what we know. To teach you so that you will learn what we have that martial arts can be enjoyed by all ages. We are not a sport but an art. We are a place to help empower children and adults. Too provide yuo with tools to help you learn martial arts and to deal with life. Come and join us.
